Are there food options available at the venue?
+Yes there are multiple food courts available at our campus which will be open throughout the duration of the fest with diverse food options available at reasonable prices. You can also get free lunch on both days of the event with our exclusive Prevoyance pass.
Who can participate in this fest?
+Any student pursuing a higher studies degree in any institute of India can participate in this fest.
Is there any accommodation for participants from outside Ahmedabad?
+No, unfortunately, we will not be able to provide accommodation. But you can get free lunch on both days of the event with our exclusive Prevoyance pass.
Can we make registration fee payments by cash?
+No, unfortunately due to logistic issues, we will take registrations in online mode only with payments made through UPI.
If we want to make changes in the registration details after submitting the form, can we do so?
+Yes, you can contact the respective event heads and request for changes in the registration details until 1st of August.
Can we cancel our event registration and get a refund of fee?
+No, once registration has been made, there is no provision for cancellation or refund.
I have doubts in the details or rules of a particular event, who should I contact?
+For any queries with respect to a particular event, feel free to contact the respective event heads. Their contact details will be available in the registration form of the event.
